Having a licensed general contractor on staff along with a certified general appraiser makes them a one-stop shop for us. We count on them for everything from initial drawings & plans, site meetings with engineers & subcontractors, pulling permits, meeting with appraisers & home inspectors, project supervision, getting fix & flips completed & sold, asset disposition, and even chasing down discontinued materials and managing stabilized rental assets.
