Deidre service was top notch. She is knowledgeable, prepared, professional, and her data analyze is unbeatable. There was a couple of times I thought I had found a house to make an offer on. Deidre took the time to make sure I understood the cons and the price analysis before spending my money. She was right each time! When the perfect the house came about, she was like a shark going in for the kill. Deidre put her best game plan forward, provided sound data, and ultimately my offer was accepted over competing offers. As far as VIP treatment- all of my communications to her were returned expeditiously. You'd think you were her only client. Deidre is a dynamic person and professional.
