He was excellent at getting information and details needed on the house and helped walk me through the ins and outs when it comes to buying a house, a lot of the work was a breeze with him helping me throughout the process

Melvin would get back to me promptly whenever I called or text him. He went above and beyond accommodating us when it came to showing us houses. He also kept us informed on where we were at in the buying process and what we would need to do next. Even when he was on vacation he kept in contact with us. Following the closing a few issues came up and he would check on them and then follow up with us.

Melvin was fantastic! Any questions I had he had answers to and anything I he wasn't sure of he would find out and let me know very quickly. He had contacts for everything ie, contractors, A/C guys, Roofers, inspectors, anything that was needed for my lone he knew someone who could do it and he set everything up for me. Melvin doesn’t just sell you a house, he helps you make it a home. Melvin helped us with a ton of stuff from roofers to finding a great sub contract to help water proofing a basement, and saving us money the whole way. He also helped pick out trash from the house so we wouldn’t have to go back for one last load after being worn out from moving.
