Cindy Petit is extremely knowledgeable concerning the local market and shows you what your property value is and what is the best way to market the property. She also reviews everything about the property that needs to be addressed before putting the property on the market. Her attention to details is incredible. The negotiations were very simple and clear, no room for misunderstanding on either side...everything was written and signed by sellers and buyers.
