Francine really cares about her clients. Its not just about the money, she really invest time into researching each property. We recently just sold our home with Francine, and we would have not done this without her help. The property had a lot of underlined problems that wasn't disclosed to us when we purchased it. Multiple title companies backed away us, a shady attorney backed away us....but Francine DID NOT!!! We kept asking questions and kept researching and was able to find a solution that worked not just for us the sellers, but the buyers as well. She never asked us to backed down from shady professionals, we just kept digging...she is the reason we sold our home....and she is the reason that the buyers can enjoy their new home before Christmas 🎄.
Shes beyond mortgage savvy and knows how to work numbers to your advantage and budget and has a strong background in real estate. She somehow makes exceptional customer service seem easy and genuine. The process she provided for all needed documents and paperwork were easy and step by step. And, If I had a question she quickly had an answer.
