Then we changed our minds and decided to look at condos and once again Trace stuck with us providing past and present sales and statistics on condo prices. Once we determined the best condo complex for us, Trace helped us determine which individual units would be best for us which unfortunately were not for sale. Through his repeated efforts, he contacted the owners and helped arrange the final sale. Trace went above and beyond our expectations and never gave up on us.
