Michele did a great job helping staging our home for photos, and hosted multiple open houses that lead to our home selling in a difficult market. Great to work with! 10/10 would use again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Michele Metz is a true professional! We recently had the pleasure of working with her to sell my father-in-law's house, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Michele's communication skills are top-notch; she kept us informed at every step of the process, which made everything so much smoother. What really stood out was how Michele went above and beyond to cover the shortfalls of the buyer's agent. She took the initiative to handle issues that weren't her responsibility, ensuring the transaction moved forward without a hitch. This kind of dedication is hard to find and incredibly appreciated. If you're looking for a realtor who is not only highly competent but also genuinely cares about her clients, Michele is the one to call. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely be recommending her to friends and family. Thank you, Michele!

I am happy to share my experience with my realtor Michele Metz. From the very beginning of meeting Michele, to end, about a month later , she was right on top of everything. She worked hard in a timely manner . She went out of way to make this process easy. She had helpful hints and was always there when I had questions. Because I didn’t have transportation she brought things to me . And helped with the computer work. I had to be out of town to move to my new home in Florida so she handed things beyond the sale of the house. She made sure to check on the estate sale, the clean out after and the house cleaning . Her team mate, her husband worked well with all the details. I felt very taken care of this whole time and I could call with questions that were answered promptly. Thanks again for a positive experience of selling my home for a good price and a very fast sale .
