And when I at last re-commited to my American Dream to find my "forever house", this time not settling on just any house, but searching for the right house, Nick was right there with me. It took 3 tries. Yep. Three times. Three offers. Three contracts. The third house was the right house. It took a year, but thanks to Nick, my year-long search was a success. I must mention that he surrounds himself with other professionals. Nick knows the real estate business and also knows the need for great lender/loan officer/solid financing. My new house is a blessing for me thanks to Nick and Cynthia Soreano.
