I had the blessing of selling three houses over a period of six months. Two were out of state, but one was with Nancy here in Beaumont California. Nancy did a superb job to the extent that she kept in touch with me regularly, unlike the other two, which were in Oregon and Washington, states. Her knowledge and her passion for what she does, and her passion for working with people created an environment that not only provided the sale of the property but a great, after sale feeling of a job well done.

First and foremost Alan was extremely professional and created a safe environment for my wife and I. He was genuine and knowledgeable above all else. There was not a single question that he did not answer for us, whether he knew it from experience or had the resources to get the answer for us.. and it didn't matter what time of day I had the question, he was always available for our needs! Alan and his team worked diligently to get us into our dream home with minimal compromises. I truly feel Alan had my family's best interest in mind and I will forever recommend Alan to friends and family and will continue doing business with him for the foreseeable future! The only regret I have is not speaking with Alan earlier.. What an amazing experience!
