Buying a home is one of the most important decisions a person can make, and buying your forever home is even more meaningful. Throughout our journey, Richard Halenda never made us feel like just another client. He treated us like people whose future genuinely mattered. What impressed me most was his character. Richard is patient, honest, and deeply committed to doing what's right for his clients. He was never focused on simply closing a deal—he was focused on helping us make the right decision. That meant giving thoughtful advice, sharing his knowledge of the market, and negotiating with our best interests in mind every step of the way. Because of Richard, we found the home where we plan to build the next chapter of our lives. That isn't something we'll ever forget. If you're looking for a realtor you can trust completely, someone who combines integrity, expertise, and genuine care for the people he serves, I wholeheartedly recommend Richard Halenda.

What I loved most about working with Richard is that he took the time to truly listen to me when I shared my wants and needs in a new home. He was guided only by my input, not what he thought would be right for me, like some other agents I have spoken with in the past. Richard was extremely attentive and responsive, and he provided great counsel in putting forward the best offer I could within my comfort zone - ultimately leading to an accepted offer during a highly competitive time for buyers. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent in the Richmond area.

I had the pleasure of working with Richard on 2 occasions—first buying a house and then selling that house and buying another. He was always available to go to showings (of which we went to many) at the last minute, and was constantly and diligently searching for the perfect house for us. When I sold my house, he walked me through the process and helped me to get the house on the market—that house sold on the same day as it was listed! Richard even went so far as to help me clean to get it ready for showing. I highly recommend him as a realtor, whether you are buying or selling.

Peggy is very communicative, kind and enthusiastic. She truly cares for her clients. Highly recommend!

Rarely do you find a realtor who attends all the showings. Mr. Via was at the property 30 minutes before every showing. My home had many extras, a number of which could not be readily seen. Because he was there to point out every detail, that led to multiple offers that were higher in value than any that I had imagined. I firmly believe that his attention to detail benefited me at least fifty thousand dollars. If you or anyone have any questions feel free to contact me.

Having moved several times involving multiple realtors and states, I can honestly say Craig has attained the pinnacle of realty performance for me on all fronts, with all the right tangibles to exceed anyone's expectations - extremely personable and engaged (with a charming sense of humor), immediately responsive and available, uber-informed on the market, excellent at leveraging for position and your best interests, and highly detailed with extensive professional knowledge and experience on all aspects of realty, most importantly contract details and translating the fine print into intelligible language for his client. You will get the very best from Craig, he puts his heart and soul into his job to maintain his stature as one of the very best I've ever seen in the business. Most importantly he takes a personal interest in his clients and builds enduring relationships with them. You won't be disappointed, he delivers on his word!
