You may think that I'm exaggerating but I'm not! Jim has been my realtor during many transactions, I would say over the past almost 20 years. He assisted my husband and I while we were doing real estate investing so I've had many purchases, sales and closings with Jim. At this point, we consider him our family real estate agent! Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and she helped navigated us through the market turmoil in the Washington DC region.
