Went above and beyond expected!

Selling a childhood home, and every to-do that entails, feels like a mountain to climb. And since I don't do that every day, I needed a LOT of help. Joyce was there every step of the way with a motivation that escapes most people. She truly will take on your to-dos WITH you and with as much care as if it were her own family taking on such challenges. I happen to be very lucky in that I am someone who has seen her actually become part of my found-family over time with her persistent care, great communication, and reliable heart :) Any time I needed anything - and literally ANYTHING (this woman was packing with me at one point!) - she was there to pick up the phone or be at my side within an hour. If you are thinking of selling, looking to buy, or just interested at all in houses around our DMV and beyond, look no further than Joyce Gardner for she is truly the all-around best choice for realty!!

Where to begin, Maria was awesome from the beginning. Detailed oriented and at the same time personal. An excellent advocate who took care of us from beginning to end (and even now). Maria, was a great soundboard who made herself available and took it upon herself to help us in every way possible. Maria, even offered to help us pack. We cannot say enough good things and we are glad Maria was on our side.

Always had a positive attitude and worked very hard to sell my house on the first day it was listed. She more than earned her commission by dealing me and the buyer.

Vanessa was so patient with my husband and I while we figured out what we wanted in our forever home and how that could fit into our budget. She went above and beyond during the purchase process and even after. She was very prompt with communication and was very knowledgeable about the areas we where looking and helped us make the right decisions for our family.

Bilal was extremely helpful throughout our entire home-buying process. He was always responsive, patient, professional, and easy to communicate with. He helped us navigate everything from viewing homes and negotiations to the inspection, seller follow-ups, and closing. He genuinely cared about helping us find the right home for our family and made the process much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate all of his hard work, and support, and would definitely recommend Bilal to everybody looking to buy or sell a home.
