Katherine was an absolute gem! Finding our home all the way to closing happed so fast and seamless. Even though we weren’t entirely sure what we were looking for, she guided us through the process and made sure every detail of the house was inspected. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the NOVA area and knows all the hidden gems. As a true home buyer advocate, she knows how to negotiate effectively to ensure we were taken care as a buyer. There were several times in the process of buying where my anxiety was spiking and I was questioning things. She calmed me down and explained things to me and guided us through each step. She was always looking out for our best interests. She even traveled long distances several times to meet face to face.
