As a Northern Virginia native, some say real estate is in my blood. Both my mom and great aunts were agents. My grandfather was a real estate investor who managed dozens of residential & commercial properties in and around Alexandria, Va. With over 25 years in the real estate industry, I first started as an appraiser's apprentice in 1997. The knowledge & expertise I gained helps me today to give home sellers an accurate assessment of the market value of their home and excellent negotiating skills for clients purchasing a home. I have worked with hundreds of sellers, purchasers, investors, tenants and landlords since then & truly enjoy what I do every day. I work very hard to make sure that all of my client's needs are met every step of the way and try to take the stress out of what can seem arduous especially in an area where there has been a shortage of homes the few years. Katherine checks all the boxes and then some.

Katherine was an absolute gem! Finding our home all the way to closing happed so fast and seamless. Best Experience Hands Down!

One of the best decisions I have made was choosing Frank as my agent for selling my home. He was polite, professional and thorough in every aspect of the deal, as well as protecting my best interests as a seller. The Best Agent in NOVA!!!

Frank was my agent who sold my townhome for me and I was so happy with his services that I used him as my agent to buy my dream home. He worked around the clock to show me homes and wasn't long before he showed me our dream home that we just closed on this week.
