Carol Anne was referred to me by a friend. As soon as we met her I knew she was the agent for us. She has been selling properties around Lake Livingston for more than ten years. When our lake house went under contract we were a week away from going on a 16 day cruise to Barcelona. She assured us if anything needed to be handled she would take care of it. AND SHE DID!!!! She kept in communication with us while we were cruising. After we returned we closed in a week. We were so fortunate for her to represent us.
