We have been wanting to relocate to the Houston area for the past couple of years. We wasted a lot of time just researching on the internet and visiting various neighborhoods on our own. My husband was very reluctant about contacting a realtor until we had narrowed down our search. We are both retired now, and the majority of our previous moves have been on a strict timeline due to employment transfers so there wasn't time to delay those decisions! We have both lived in small towns all of our lives so just the idea of moving to Houston was overwhelming! About a year ago we contacted Stacie about a property to obtain additional information. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was willing to show us the property at our convivence. We decided not to visit that property and informed Stacie that we would contact her when we located something else, we might be interested in visiting. She provided us with contact information and valuable resources. We kept in contact more on a friendly basis, not like a lot of salespeople that are constantly calling or sending overwhelming amounts of information! Almost a year went by with us "looking around Houston on our own" and that resulting in us still being in Louisiana, we finally contacted Stacie to visit a listing we were interested in. We were happy to reconnect after so much time had passed. Our in person visit resulted in seeing about eight different properties and signing a Purchase Agreement during our trip to Houston!! Stacie was there throughout the entire process from the first step on the property through closing! In conclusion Stacie is Very Knowledgeable, an Exceptional Communicator, Very Professional and Extremely Patient! We are looking forward to our move to Houston and feel like we have made a lifelong connection with a Fantastic Realtor!
