Finding the right lake property has been a journey for us, and we could not have navigated it without Pam! She helped us find an amazing piece of land a few years ago, and when I called her a couple months ago saying we decided we wanted an existing house instead, she found us the perfect spot and we were under contract within the month. We live out of town, and Pam was super flexible and amazing about making sure I got to see any property I was interested in when I traveled in. She seems to know every person in Livingston and Onalaska, and I couldn't ask for a better resource as we settle into home ownership in the area. Also, and I cannot stress this enough, she responds to every communication quickly. Text, email, phone call. I never had to wait on any answers or info, which is huge during house-buying stress!
