I had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of working with Joshua Brown, Realtor of Southern Heritage Realty in Winter Garden, FL recently. I relocated from New England. Joshua was OUTSTANDING in his professional yet kind and friendly mannerisms, excellent knowledge of the Central Florida Real Estate market, positive "can do" energy and attitude, ensuring all stones were turned while paying attention to all detail. He was there EVERY turn in the journey, with such a pure desire to deliver high customer service. He sets the standard for the industry, and I STRONGLY encourage you to call Southern Heritage Realty as he/they cover home selling and buying in a very large and diverse area. It's a WIN WIN with Southern Heritage. My deepest appreciation to Joshua for helping to make my experience so positive and happy.

From the moment Will became my realtor, I felt confident he was going to handle my best interests in the purchase of my home. He answered all my questions truthfully and assisted in any way he could. If you are looking for a realtor that you can depend on, Will Wylie is your man.

We found Cheryl to be very professional and friendly. She also took all the time necessary to answer and explain all of our questions.
