This last investment property was a tough sell. We were selling a "handyman special" and potential buyers proved to very fickle. Excuses and renegotiation attempts were being thrown at Jay like Zeus throws thunderbolts. Through our constant communications, we were able to come to an acceptable agreement for us and the buyer and we finally got it across the finish line. After a tour of our home with her associate, Realtor Chris Goode, our conversation revealed Carol as an informed and organized real estate pro with a determination to succeed. She advised us to recognize the changing trend to a buyer's market locally and emphasized the importance of having realistic expectations with our mid-winter listing.
