Tracey Crews is an amazing, all-encompassing Realtor. My husband and I have worked with her for over two decades with our rental properties. She is well-educated in real estate, knows multiple areas, and doesn't hesitate to bring items to the owner's attention that need correction. More recently, we sold one of our rental properties. Tracey was spot on during the listing, showings, offers, etc. She provided a profit breakdown for the offers without a request. She maintains her honesty throughout the entire process.
