Barbara Woods was an exceptional agent! She was extremely patient with me as a new buyer, as she was always willing to take the time to explain in detail and made sure I understood every step of the home buying process. I highly recommend Barbara Woods as an agent. She is a trusted person who will always give an honest opinion, lead you in the right direction and make sure you are comfortable with all of the decisions you will make throughout the entire buying process. Barbara Woods never rushed me to make decisions and always reminded me that I was in the "driver's seat" and not to feel pressure from others. From the very beginning of the home buying process, Barbara Woods gave me home buying / real estate literature and made sure I was informed with the current laws/rights, tax information, first time home owner benefits, etc. I appreciate that Barbara Woods always wanted me to be informed of the process from the home-buying, home-selling and government prospective. I also value that Barbara Woods looked at every detail of agreements and general paperwork. She noticed things that I would have never seen as a first-time home buyer and always made sure I knew the details of what I was signing in advance. Once again, I highly recommend Barbara Woods as an agent, as she will make sure you get what you want and that the over-all home buying experience is being done in a timely and proper manner.

Kim exceeded my expectations. She was very knowledgeable and made the process easier for me as this was my first time buying a house. I knew early on I was in good hands. A Huge thank you to her. I am forever grateful to have had such a wonder agent on my side!
