Barbara is a great agent. Being a first time home buyer I knew very little concerning the process. Barbara was very patient and helpful. She is more concerned with her clients than she is with her own personal gain. She was available whenever I needed her and I was never blindsided concerning any payments or payment amounts throughout the process. She gives you advice concerning properties without being opinionated. For a first time home buyer I could not have asked for an easier process and it is much in part due to Barbara's knowledge, diligence, and savy. Barbara was everything you would want in a realtor. During the approximately 3 months when I was looking for a house, she was the epitome of what a realtor should be. She was able to help develop a search area and identify what criteria would be relevant for a first time home buyer. Throughout the process she was responsive and often proactive identifying houses which she felt would meet my criteria and forwarding them to my email. We often spoke daily and were able to set up visits to properties several times a week. If I ever had a question regarding a property or some aspect of the housing search, she was able to answer it, or find an answer for me almost immediately. Once we identified a property, she walked me though the negotiation process and within two days we struck a deal with the current owners for more than twelve thousand below their initial asking price. I would highly recommend Barbara, particularly as a new home buyer, as she made the process accessible and was clearly dedicated to the search.
