She was extremely patient with me as a new buyer, as she was always willing to take the time to explain in detail and made sure I understood every step of the home buying process. She is a trusted person who will always give an honest opinion, lead you in the right direction and make sure you are comfortable with all of the decisions you will make throughout the entire buying process. Barbara Woods never rushed me to make decisions and always reminded me that I was in the "driver's seat" and not to feel pressure from others. From the very beginning of the home buying process, Barbara Woods gave me home buying / real estate literature and made sure I was informed with the current laws/rights, tax information, first time home owner benefits, etc. I appreciate that Barbara Woods always wanted me to be informed of the process from the home-buying, home-selling and government prospective.
