David was knowledgeable and personable, and helped us navigate several unexpected difficulties that arose during the purchase of our new home. He was quick to come to our aid to make necessary requests of the sellers, or to smooth over ruffled feelings on our behalf. He was able to recommend appropriate contractors to make the transition to our new home smoother.

Throughout our home buying process Victoria was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to contact and communicate with. She provided top level support and had answers to all of our questions. She also has contractor references for contractors you can trust. Even a month after the sale closed Victoria has remained in contact to ensure everything with the house is working well for us. She has even scheduled contractors for us and continues to work to ensure the minor repairs the house needs are being completed. She continues to support us even a month after closing. She has definitely gone far above and beyond for us and I would be 100% confident in recommending her and her team to anyone. -Dan Baker

Amy Lacy was our realtor for the old and my new house. Outstanding, awesome and very knowledgeable. She knows what needs to be done and present it in a firm and professional way. She research the area I was moving into and found information that was informative. She also found a leak during our walk-through that we missed in the inspection. Within a day, it was resolved.
