We never felt pressured to put an offer on a house we didn't want. We must have seen 20 homes with Dave, and he was never anything other than accommodating and kind. Even when we weren't actively looking for a home, Dave would check in often and keep us updated with what the market and interest rates were looking like. I really felt like he cared about us as individuals, not just as clients. When we did decide to put in offers, Dave worked quickly and professionally, helping us put in competitive offers even under the pressure of very quick deadlines. Ultimately, we ended up closing on a wonderful home in October 2024 thanks in large part to Dave's incredible work ethic. We truly enjoyed working with Dave and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. He went above and beyond for us at every step.
