From our first conversation Dave made me trust that he was truly listening to my concerns & he addressed them thoroughly. He helped me understand the whole process of selling my home. He talked through step by step the way things would go. I called him several times with questions & concerns. With each call he set my mind at ease. He was always available I could tell that he’s been selling real estate for a long time.

Quite honestly I had little trust concerning realtors based on previous interactions. Dave went above and beyond and even communicates well post transaction. Should I ever need a realtor again Dave is the fellow I will call. An honest man in a profession that seems to attract some people that may not be. I'd give him 6 stars out of 5

Through his knowledge and experience Dave was able to help through some things that could have been quite tricky. He handled things for me that eased my mind.
