Dave is a lifesaver! I was in the market for a home and had been unsatisfied with some realtors I’d dealt with previously. After doing a lot of research, I decided to give Dave a call. He listened to my needs and agreed to help us find a home. He explained everything in terms I could understand and was always available whenever I had questions throughout the entire process. As first time homebuyers, working with Dave was a great experience from start to finish. Even when we weren't actively looking for a home, Dave would check in often and keep us updated with what the market and interest rates were looking like. I really felt like he cared about us as individuals, not just as clients. When we did decide to put in offers, Dave worked quickly and professionally, helping us put in competitive offers even under the pressure of very quick deadlines. Ultimately, we ended up closing on a wonderful home in October 2024 thanks in large part to Dave's incredible work ethic. We truly enjoyed working with Dave and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. He went above and beyond for us at every step.
