Stephanie market knowledge and negotiation skills were second to none. With a mother and sister in Real Estate, it can be concerning when I use someone outside my circle but being in a different state put me in a situation where I was forced to. Stephanie made me feel like we had known each other for years... She was personal and professional at the same time. She constantly acted in MY best interest even when she needed to coax me in a firmer direction which paid off in the long run. She even helped me figure out a tax option which saved me almost 30 grand on this sale. She is an impressive agent and I would not hesitate to use her again should I find myself back in MD and I will be recommending her to anyone I know in her area. This was the first home my husband and I had purchased a home and Stephy was amazing at answering all of the questions we had. There is nothing about my experience with Stephy that I would change. Even though we were on the opposite coast at the time we met her, she was helpful and her knowledge of the of the area and the industry was evident from the start. The house we purchased is likely a temporary home till we retire in a few years and hope Stephy is still available to help us find our final home.
