Stephanie market knowledge and negotiation skills were second to none. With a mother and sister in Real Estate, it can be concerning when I use someone outside my circle but being in a different state put me in a situation where I was forced to. Stephanie made me feel like we had known each other for years... She was personal and professional at the same time. She constantly acted in MY best interest even when she needed to coax me in a firmer direction which paid off in the long run. She even helped me figure out a tax option which saved me almost 30 grand on this sale.
