As a first time home buyer, this was one of the hardest and most stressful times in our lives. This process was full of ups and downs, but Stephanie was a guding light on this journey. The only thing that stayed constant throughout was Stephanie and her genuinely wanting what's best for our family. She was very responsive and I was able to reach her any time of day or night. She answered every question I had and if she didn't have answer, she reached out to the agencies/persons and got an answer for me promptly. It always felt like I was her #1 priority. I can wholeheartedly say that if it wasn't for her dedication and knowledge, we would not be in our dream home. If I ever sell or buy a house again, she would be the first person I would call.

I wouldn’t ever chose another realtor. I would never recommend another realtor to a friend or family member either. Stephy is fantastic at what she does and an even better human being. Stephy worked with us and selected homes to show us with as many amenities as to our requests. Her demeanor stayed pleasant even when we could be difficult at times. She made several out of town trips to meet us. She also made time for our spur of the moment request. We found a home and Stephy did all negotiations necessary to close the deal.
