Stephy is the best realtor we could have asked for! She was always prepared with paperwork on each home we looked at, and she was happy to answer any questions we had. We had a tight budget and looked at many homes that didn't work out. Not only was Stephy patient, but she offered great advice when she saw problems in the homes we looked at. She was in our corner the whole time, and we ended up b getting our home way under asking! We wouldn't have found our home this spring if it wasn't for Stephy. I cannot recommend her enough!

Stephy worked with us and selected homes to show us with as many amenities as to our requests. Her demeanor stayed pleasant even when we could be difficult at times. She made several out of town trips to meet us. She also made time for our spur of the moment request. We found a home and Stephy did all negotiations necessary to close the deal.
