We do not often write reviews but feel compelled to write about our Realtor, Barbara Lelli because she consistently demonstrated professionalism and integrity with keen attention to detail and we believe she should be acknowledged publicly. This is an unprecedented time and between the restrictions required due to the Corona Virus and the ever changing Real Estate market we believe Realtors are tasked with overcoming barriers that may derail even the most experienced Realtor. Not Barb. She stayed the course and navigated multiple offers, inspections and sometimes nail biting negotiations to sell our home for the best possible terms and we will forever be grateful. Her calm demeanor and quiet confidence in her expertise carried us through the stressful moments. We lived in our home for 25 years and had mixed emotions about selling but Barb was sensitive to our bittersweet feelings. Barb was even able to win over my highly skeptical husband with her warmth and Innate ability to turn doubt into trust. Our son chose Barb to be his Realtor and is currently negotiating a fixer upper with multiple issues requiring Barb to put in many hours of work. The commission for Barb will be very low based on the purchase price but Barb has once again delivered exceptional care and attention to this transaction with no promise that it will even make it to the settlement table. I would encourage anyone who needs a Realtor to choose Barb if they are looking for competence, trustworthiness and transparency. Her strong work ethic is unmatched in our opinion, and we have worked with many Realtors over the years.

I met Andrea a year or so before actually listing my house with Long and Foster. She noted I had just come off the market and wanted to stop by to meet me and discuss my experiences. We connected from the start and remained in contact over the next year sending a greeting from time to time. Andrea was always thoughtful and courteous without being overbearing and always sensitive to what was right for me. With her gentle reminders, I knew it was time to try again sooner than later. We met and discussed our approach and listed in late spring despite my fears of jumping in too late in the season. My house sold in 28 days! Then she helped me find a townhome I can call home! Andrea was timely, available night and day and kept me focused and on target. Through everything she not only was my agent but new friend. She even offered to take my pet for a bit during the days prior to the sale of my home and after the move to my new townhome! With multiple settlements in one day between the buyers and the sellers, and with the fantastic coordination and help of Prosperity Mortgage, we managed to get through it. I'm sure the much needed coffee and nourishment in-between settlements helped too! I would highly recommend this caring, sensitive, timely, professional and knowledgeable agent. Best of luck, Andrea.
