My rental property has been a nightmare since my wife and I bought it. Life issues had gotten in the way and we had several financial issues which severely crippled us. Chris has been there for us through all the difficulties we endured. I know that real estate is his livlihood but he has had the compassion to make this work for all involved without the commision being his only driving force. I consider Chris a friend above everything else and I will forever be indebted to him.

I can’t begin to describe how grateful I am for the knowledge and expertise Richelle and her team provided during the sale of my home and purchase of my new home. From walking me through staging to last minute settlement issues, she was my sanity when selling. And the help didn’t end there, She followed up with emails and text to make sure everything was going smoothly. Since I purchased new construction, having someone to guide me through the process was immensely helpful it was more than me against the builder Period. I knew that Rochelle always had my back. I could not have made a better choice nor would I have made it through the process without her.
