Working with Ryan was an absolute pleasure. After our original realtor showed very little interest in assisting us in purchasing a home, I was able to find Ryan. Ryan exceeded all my expectations. He was very personable and professional and treated me and my fiance as if we were his top priority. His knowledge of the area, attractions, restaurants is unrivaled. Ryan consistently presented us with properties to view and listened diligently to our feedback to help us find the perfect home within our price range. Ryan also makes himself available at anytime and is willing to help with even the smallest question or detail. Ryan assisted us in deciding what offer we should make in a very competitive market and we were able to win the bid and close on our fist home! Ryan is not just a typical realtor trying to make their commission and move on. Ryan truly cares about each and everyone of his clients. He is willing to go above and beyond and will not stop until you are happy with your next home. 11/10 stars, I would easily recommend Ryan to friends and family and anyone else who is looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile for you. I will be certainly using Ryan for any future real estate transactions!

Sue is an incredible real estate person who listens to you and your needs and will find you the perfect home. Somehow she is able to coordinate your closing of one home and moving in to your new home smoothly. Sue knows what she is doing and you can count on her to answer all your questions. She is an excellent real estate agent and more importantly a wonderful person in every way.

Steve and his team have been great to work with. We worked primarily with Steve and Dave, along with Itzel as well. They were all very quick to respond to our many questions we had throughout the entire process of buying and selling homes. Not only were they prompt with their responses, but always kind, respectful, and professional. We felt like they definitely went above and beyond, including helping locate our septic tank prior to the inspection! We highly recommend Steve and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
