Steve was a great help in our home buying process. We were first time homebuyers and Steve was able to allay many of our concerns without feeling like he was brushing them off. We learned a lot from Steve and felt much more confident about making the biggest purchase of our life thanks to his knowledge. Steve helped us weigh the risks of waiving inspections, buying newer or older If I had to offer a critique it would be that we were shown a few listings that were asking above our budgeted price, but this decreased when we communicated to Steve that we were pretty firm on our numbers. The listings Steve showed us had qualities we were looking for, we never felt like we were being upsold.

My husband and I were living in a house that his grandfather built in Camp Hill many many many years ago. With a baby coming we thought it was about time to sell that home and look for a new one. We stumbled upon Patti through the new construction that we were looking to buy. Though she wasn't in our area she took on the challenge of listing/selling the home. Patti was very honest with what we needed to fix and how we needed to stage the home. She was open in communication about pricing of the home, keeping in contact about showings, and updating us about the home we were purchasing. We went through several processes of offers and contracting on the home to have the buyer fall through for various reasons. Patti kept moving forward and encouraged us that we would get it done and be cozy in our new home soon. There is no doubt that whoever you go through, buying and selling a home is stressful, but Patti helped ease that and guide us along the way. We loved working with you and are very happy in our new home!

Patti was absolutely wonderful to work with! When she helped us in 2011 buy our first home, we knew that we would be working with her again when it came time to sell. She is extremely personable, has your best interests in mind, responds quickly, and with her expertise in real estate, she helped to set realistic expectations throughout the process.
