About Steve

Growing up my main mission has always been to serve and help people. Volunteering as a firefighter since the age of 15, enlisting in the USMC and fighting over seas, and working in special operations within the Fire Department. I enjoy solving problems for people but always keeping their personal needs and goals at the forefront. Many of my attributes and characteristics have been forged through those experiences that I've drawn on in the USMC as a Scout Sniper and in the Fire Department in Special Operations. As such I hold a unique set of core values which you will not find abroad or anywhere else. I am affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®, . Making a difference in the community is important to me. I am currently involved in the Pack 150 Cub Scouts and a volunteer my time at the fire station in Mount Joy

Excellent Team!

Steve and his team have been great to work with. We worked primarily with Steve and Dave, along with Itzel as well. They were all very quick to respond to our many questions we had throughout the entire process of buying and selling homes. Not only were they prompt with their responses, but always kind, respectful, and professional. We felt like they definitely went above and beyond, including helping locate our septic tank prior to the inspection! We highly recommend Steve and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Professional and Effective Selling Agent!

We first tried to sell our house as For Sale By Owner. We met Steve during this time and he took an interest in the property. Steve stayed in touch for several months but never tried to pressure us or even ask if we would engage with him to represent us as a Seller's Agent - he simply checked in periodically and politely offered advice and his resources if we needed any help. When we finally decided to use a Seller's Agent to market the house, it was an easy choice to ask Steve. We had positive results immediately with the services he offered and his marketing strategy. We not only got more exposure, we also started getting truly serious buyers looking at the property. At the end of only 1 month we got a close to asking price offer and then Steve was able to negotiate the buyer up to our asking price. We couldn't have asked for better service or results! We highly recommend Steve Hammond and his group to anyone trying to sell their home or property. He's knows what he's doing and you'll end up with the best results for your sale.

Great person and great agent

Steve and his group handled the selling of my land effectively and stress free. From the time Steve and his team had the property they worked diligently to get it seen by as many agents as they could. Steve’s communication was top notch and I was always informed of what he was doing. Within the first few days of having my listing Steve notified me that he sent emails to several hundred agents about my parcel. I would highly recommend Steve and his team for your real estate needs. My wife and I will be using Steve again.

Professionalism

Steve and Josh were great. They got back to me as soon as possible and when they didn't know the answer to my question they checked it out and let me know what the answer was. I would use them as my agent again.

Quick, fast and in a hurry!

We wanted to sell my house quick and find a house for my family even quicker. Him and Josh walked me through the whole process and found my amazing realtor! We sold the first week it was up, above asking price at that! He is an amazing guy who can put out any fire and any problems!

Awesome experience
