Sue is an incredible real estate person who listens to you and your needs and will find you the perfect home. Somehow she is able to coordinate your closing of one home and moving in to your new home smoothly. Sue knows what she is doing and you can count on her to answer all your questions. She is an excellent real estate agent and more importantly a wonderful person in every way.

As the title implies I've known Kim and her family for close to 10 years. I didn't really know Kim's realtor background other than its profession she was working in. 2 months back my fiancé and I had located a house and needed someone on that end of real-estate to get us a showing. In a short amount of time Kim got us a showing quicky, walked us through the process with easy to understand info. Unfortunately we were outbid but that allowed us to see her skills and she explained it all and our next steps. And that made me feel great. a few short weeks later another dream house came on the market. And Kim went to bat as if she was the all-time designated hitter! She brought out the big bats and swung for the fences! From the day we walked the home, to us living in this house as im sitting in my comfy chair writing this review. it was all said and done in less than 30 days. From the emails, text and phone calls and other information keeping us in step through the process. and also her little pages of information of what we would need to do next to help the process keep rolling in the background as we waited for closing day. Honestly, Kim made this home purchase a walk through the park! Her professionalism, caring, drive, and yes our friendship made it possible. Her ability to make the situation work was notable because when you do mix friendships and business sometimes it can end disasterly even when the outcomes are positive. Not once did I feel like any of that was jeopardized! With all of that being said and if you made it this far thank you Kim. I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

As first time home buyers this process was completly new to me and my husband. When we met with Jeramie he made the experience so easy walking us through everything on day one. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he found us houses that best fit our requests. A couple months later and we found our home we will bring our newborn baby home to!
