I recently had the pleasure of working with Len Chimel on the sale of my father's house. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout this process. He was very understanding of our situation and really went above and beyond to make sure we were successful in this process. I was trying to coordinate this from out of town and he was terrific in spearheading all the work that needed to be done and communicated with me for key decisions. Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure.
