I don’t even know where to begin with Jerry. We worked together for several years, in an extremely difficult buyers’ market, and his level of service never wavered. Always there to answer questions, or give advice, all throughout our long search. When we finally found the home we ended up purchasing, we honestly didn't think we'd have a chance, and mentally prepared ourselves to be beat out again by a crazy offer, or an all-cash deal – so much so that we almost decided not to submit an offer. With an agreement on our new house in place, he then went to work listing our old home, and once again we were beyond pleased. He marketed our house extremely professionally, hired a top-notch photographer who provided stunning pictures, listed it above what I ever expected to receive, then proceeded to get it under contract for a decent amount OVER our asking price – in less than 2 days!! With his professional guidance, both closings went flawlessly. On top of being dedicated, professional and knowledgeable, Jerry is also a lot of fun to work with, and he obviously truly cares for his clients on a personal level. I can honestly say, if it wasn’t for Jerry, we would have given up on our search, and stayed in our previous home. When things got tough and we began to get discouraged, he told us – not just as our real estate agent, but also as our friend – we were not going to give up, we will see this through, and we will find the right home.
