Funny enough, Mike’s dad actually sold Cody his very first home, so it’s pretty cool that all these years later, Mike helped us sell that same house and buy our new family home! Buying and selling a house at the same time with 3 kids under 9 was a whole different level of chaos lol. Between work, sports, packing, trying to keep the house clean, and getting calls for same-day showings, there was never a dull moment! Mike was great through all of it. He was always quick to respond, answered our million questions, kept us updated, and made sure we knew what was going on throughout the entire process. He was honest, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured to make a decision.
