Market knowledge is realistic and up to date. Negotiation skills, GREAT! She knew what we wanted, and advised areas where we can make or break. Rebecca was great! I met Rebecca at Ellwood City Light Up Night. I thought what will it hurt just to see what she has to say. I explained that I was nervous about starting the home buying process and wasn't even sure if I was exactly where I needed to be to buy a home. I talked to a lender before and was so overwhelmed and confused I gave up. Rebecca said she would make it as easy as possible and she did just that! She answered my questions and explained things to where I felt comfortable.
