The whole experience was very clear and straightforward. Amy handled all of the confusing parts of the process and helped me keep myself on track and ahead of the game every step of the way. There were many points where I felt overwhelmed and stressed, but with her guidance I was able to get through it all, and I set myself up for success. She had no issue negotiating seller assistance and explaining to sellers exactly what my budget was and what I needed to be able to go through with the sales. During home viewings she didn’t just sit back and let me on my own. She would help me find everything that may be a problem and go through the pros and cons of every house we saw. She was always quick to get me disclosures and find homes in my budget and in my area. Without her the process would've been that much harder. I highly recommend Amy Lutz or anyone from Realty One.

Amy did a fabulous job making the home buying process extremely easy and efficient. She was very thorough in explaining each step and quick to answer any questions.

Working with Jon was a stress free process. He guided my wife and I through the process and was always available when we had questions. His knowledge of the markets and how to position the home was key to our success selling the home. Lastly, he is sincerely good person and wants what is best for his clients. Highly recommend using him to sell or buy a home!

Jon had a positive attitude from the beginning. He was confident that he could get a great price for our home in timely manner and did just that. He also had many local connections for all our needs throughout the process.
