The whole experience was very clear and straightforward. Amy handled all of the confusing parts of the process and helped me keep myself on track and ahead of the game every step of the way. There were many points where I felt overwhelmed and stressed, but with her guidance I was able to get through it all, and I set myself up for success. She had no issue negotiating seller assistance and explaining to sellers exactly what my budget was and what I needed to be able to go through with the sales. During home viewings she didn’t just sit back and let me on my own. She would help me find everything that may be a problem and go through the pros and cons of every house we saw. She was always quick to get me disclosures and find homes in my budget and in my area. Without her the process would've been that much harder. I highly recommend Amy Lutz or anyone from Realty One.

Market knowledge is realistic and up to date. Negotiation skills, GREAT! She knew what we wanted, and advised areas where we can make or break. Rebecca was great! I met Rebecca at Ellwood City Light Up Night. I thought what will it hurt just to see what she has to say. I explained that I was nervous about starting the home buying process and wasn't even sure if I was exactly where I needed to be to buy a home. I talked to a lender before and was so overwhelmed and confused I gave up. Rebecca said she would make it as easy as possible and she did just that! She answered my questions and explained things to where I felt comfortable.
