Karen is the best in the business and I am an active real estate investor with many agent relationships throughout the country. Karen was highly engaged and always accessible even after hours. She became our partner in selling the home and always had our best interest in mind. We do not live in the area and Karen served as our "boots on the ground" and met with several contractors many times during the renovation to make the house ready for sale. We trusted Karen to sign off on completed jobs. We also had some storms in August that affected the house and Karen was always there to check on the house and even made on the spot repairs and treated our house like her own her home. Karen also did an outstanding job getting the home to close. The Buyer's lender was not ready to close on a Friday which normally would not be an issue in most home sales but we had already committed the funds to investment properties purchases the following week. Karen politely pressed the Buyer party to close on the Tuesday which required the lender to expedite and as a result, Karen saved our three closings the following week! We are grateful that she found a way to make it happen. Karen has an incredible network and we were able to sell our home without even listing the property!
