Buying a home is not an easy process, and I'm someone who needs and appreciates straightforwardness and knowing exactly what I'm getting into without pressure and that's what Jenn always gave. If something didn't seem right with a place, she wasn't going to act like it was in order to get a quick sale.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
