Joseph Massengale was a huge asset to us in the purchase of our first time. He encouraged us to keep looking throughout our 2 1/2 year search especially when we homes went under contract before we could see them. Joe called to check on us a couple times a week and would ask when we wanted to "hit the streets." He went above and beyond in helping us secure our lender and ensuring that we got a good rate. We didn't have to get an inspector or appraiser because he had trustworthy people. Joe was with us throughout the entire process and we are so thankful to have him as our realtor.

Kristen was excellent to work with during the purchase of our new home and later the sale of my previous home. Buying a home can be stressful, and Kristen made the process much more manageable. She stayed on top of every detail, communicated with us consistently, and always had our best interests in mind while we searched for the right home. We ultimately found a great fit, and she guided us through the process with clarity and confidence. After we settled into the new home, she also helped us sell my previous home. I was extremely busy and traveling often for work, including being overseas during part of the process. Kristen kept everything moving forward, followed up when needed, and made sure I stayed informed every step of the way. The sale went quickly and smoothly. She was thorough, responsive, and patient with our questions, even when we reached out late at night. Overall, it was a great experience. Communication is critical in both buying and selling, and Kristen delivered. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated realtor.
