Joseph Massengale was a huge asset to us in the purchase of our first time. He encouraged us to keep looking throughout our 2 1/2 year search especially when we homes went under contract before we could see them. Joe called to check on us a couple times a week and would ask when we wanted to "hit the streets." He went above and beyond in helping us secure our lender and ensuring that we got a good rate. We didn't have to get an inspector or appraiser because he had trustworthy people. Joe was with us throughout the entire process and we are so thankful to have him as our realtor.
