Mike was my agent for both selling my house and buying a new one. He truly is the best. He puts his clients first, making sure they are comfortable with the myriad of decisions which need to be made. He stays in contact, letting his clients know what is happening, and explains any questions they may have. He knows what a good price is for both selling and buying. As first time homebuyers we came in with zero to little knowledge of the home buying process. Kat and Erica not only had all the information on what to do and when, they also came with tons of amazing helpful recommendations. They were quick to reply to emails, phone calls, and texts, as well as meeting us quite a distance from their "home base" to be at the property we bought for any inspections, etc we had done or wanted/needed extra support for. They also took time to make sure we weren't confused or left out of the loop - even when it meant explaining the same thing to us multiple times in different ways. They were patient, knowledgeable, and present for us the entire time.
