Erica also made sure she got the home for the price we could afford and NEVER tried to steer us from the price we were comfortable with. Erica was not happy until we were, it was never about the sale her job is to serve her clients to the best of her ability as did when she served our country during her military career Erica's goal was to make us happy and get us the home we wanted and that is exactly what she did. We have purchased many homes in our lifetime, and our experience was so smooth and stressless due to Erica's knowledge, negotiation, and especially her communication skills. We trust her completely.
