Jim is a true professional and a very knowledgeable agent. We were not certain that we would be able to sell our home and make a profit but Jim came over and spent a lot of time talking with us and answering all our questions honestly and patiently. He put no pressure on us at all to list our home and when we decided that we would he jumped in and made the process incredibly easy! Looking at our listing we were blown away. His knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off and our house when under contract in just 4 days. Shopping for a new home with Jim was nothing but fun and not as stressful as my past experiences. He helped us find the perfect home in a wonderful neighborhood. Throughout it all he was always on our side and working tirelessly, even on Father’s Day. I highly recommend Jim Mellon to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

Most importantly he worked really hard to find this property like at personal level which I respect. Also he’s well informed, knowledgeable and easily available.
