Bill met Elan about 15 years ago when she showed him a house in Chesapeake City. Being impressed with her , he saved her phone number. When we decided to move to the Chesapeake area, he contacted her. One of our main objectives was our new place needed a pool and Elan was helpful in contacting local and county officials regarding installation rules. No matter when we called, she was available. After seeing multiple alternatives, we found the perfect waterfront home with a pool. We highly recommend Elan because she goes above and beyond expectations.
