Holly is a terrific agent, and I would highly recommend her for anyone but especially for high end/luxury properties. She re-listed my property after I took a few months off (I'd listed with another agent first and went 4 months with no offers). She walked me through the process in a very thorough and professional manner. I was out of state throughout the listing and sale of my condo, and Holly was very communicative, responsive, and generally made everything much easier for me even without ever meeting in person. She provided regular updates and explanations of everything that was happening and made me feel confident that my listing was in expert hands.

Being a first time homebuyer we were nervous that the process would be tedious and long. Josh made the experience the complete opposite. He was super patient with us and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. Josh followed up with us throughout the entire building process and made sure we were in the loop with any updates to our home.
