It is no secret that buying a home during this post-pandemic market is challenging; regardless, Tim not only exuded the patience needed when ours was growing thin, but made sure that when we found our dream home that was within our price range that we were able to execute a quick and fair deal. Tim was our armchair therapist during times of uncertainty, was timely in every bit of communication, and provided honest, expert opinions no matter what deal we were about to make. If Tim did not immediately know an answer (and believe me, we asked him a LOT of questions!) he always was able to make a quick phone call to a colleague within The Collective to provide us with the most accurate, up-to-date information. Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. If you have any reservation about whether to choose Tim as your next realtor, take this from someone who is always skeptical of reviews--You found him.

It was phenomenal. I'm hoping someone I know needs to move soon so I can recommend Jenn to them. I want to give this woman as much business as possible because she knows what she's doing and she does it extremely well. Buying a home is not an easy process, and I'm someone who needs and appreciates straightforwardness and knowing exactly what I'm getting into without pressure and that's what Jenn always gave. If something didn't seem right with a place, she wasn't going to act like it was in order to get a quick sale.

Susie did an outstanding job helping us get our house ready for sale - making recommendations on things that could be quickly updated/fixed to get the highest list price we could. She organized the staging of the house to put it at its best advantage and generated a ton of interest beforehand. The first open house was a huge success (neighbors couldn't believe the stream of people coming in) - resulting in multiple offers all over asking price! We agreed on an offer that day - and closed shortly thereafter, which was also a breeze with Susie's help. It went so well other neighbors asked for her information to help sell their homes as well! Highly recommended!
