It is indeed my pleasure to send this review. Michael Gutkind is an extraordinary real estate professional in every possible relevant category. It’s interesting to note that he and his son, Jonathan — The Gutkind Group — have made an ongoing and lasting impression for years, long before it became time to sell my home. Their marketing mailings were so effective and informative that I kept several years of them for future reference, “just in case.” And that need recently occurred, with a highly successful sale which closed this past Friday, having been on the market for only 13 days despite the brutal winter weather in early February. Michael is a seasoned professional having the respect and trust of not only me as his client, but other real estate professionals and industry consultants as well. Newtown Township personnel speak of him with high regard, not a small achievement in itself. His firm has worked with many consultants who are often needed during the sale process, and they are able to provide contacts from their past experience. In my case alone, The Gutkind Group provided access to a structural engineer, a clear-out/haul away/ cleaning company, an electrician, a small-job local mover, and a truly remarkable photographer. Michael was my principal contact. We exchanged prompt, easy and effective communication through texts, phone calls and emails as needed, anytime on any day. All of my questions were answered pleasantly and from many years of experience. My suggestions were respected and usually incorporated into what we presented to the public. His suggestions were always “spot on,” and often were things I would not have thought about otherwise. Bottom line: if you’re planning to buy or sell a property in our local area, you would be wise to contact The Gutkind Group, perhaps first. You’ll be favorably impressed and glad you found their expertise.

We began discussions with Rachel well over a year ahead of listing our home and she was right there from the beginning helping us with advice and resources for organizing and downsizing to prepare for the sale. Once we got within a few months of listing, Rachel was prepared with the best advice on market trends to help us both time and price our property. Our home was a unique property, but Rachel organized all the necessary marketing tools as far as photos and open houses so perfectly that it was no surprise that within two days of listing we had multiple offers. She handled the multiple offers with precision and professionalism and we always had the confidence that she was working in our best interest. After the accepted offer, Rachel continued to be a constant presence helping with all the gory details of moving 28 years of life out of a home. Throughout it all she remained a stalwart beacon of positivity and I won’t pretend that I didn't test that on more than one occasion! Rachel brings a skill set to her profession that I think is wholly unique. She is professional, informed, knowledgeable and organized, but just as important, she is as calm and unflappable as anyone I know. And when dealing with something as emotionally fraught as selling a beloved home, to have someone who can be as genuinely multidimensional as Rachel is invaluable.

Meghan was amazing to work with. We had been looking for a home with very narrow and specific criteria, and we started working with Meghan because we had heard she was the person who could make it happen! We worked together for over a year, and Meghan was incredibly patient, proactive, and helpful every step of the way. She helped us stay positive that we’d eventually find what we were looking for, and when we did, she did everything in her power to make sure we put in a great offer and got our dream home! She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. She did an amazing job and not only helping us sell our house quickly, but also surpassed all expectations of what we’d sell it for. As first time sellers, we expected it to be a challenging process and it couldn’t have been easier. On top of all that Meghan has done for us, we just really enjoyed working with her - we would highly recommend Meghan!
